Cliffs of Moher

Visitors can hike along the cliff top, take a boat trip out to the cliffs, or enjoy the view from the viewing platforms. A visit to the Cliffs of Moher is a must for anyone who is into Irish history and culture. The cliffs are also home to a variety of bird species, making them a popular destination for birdwatchers.

Ring of Kerry

The Ring of Kerry is one of the most popular Irish sightseeing destinations in Ireland. The 111-mile circuit takes in some of the most breathtaking scenery in the country. Including the Iveragh Peninsula, Killarney National Park, and the towns of Kenmare, Killorglin, and Killarney.

The route takes around 3.5 hours without stopping, but there are plenty of things to see and do along the way. So it’s best to allow at least a few days. The Ring of Kerry is well signposted and if you don’t know what things to do in Ireland there are plenty of places to stop for food and drink, so it’s easy to find your way around.

Rock of Cashel

The Rock of Cashel, also known as St. Patrick’s Rock, is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Ireland. Settled in the historic town of Cashel in County Tipperary. The Rock of Cashel is an ancient fortress that was once the seat of the High Kings of Munster.

According to legend, St. Patrick arrived in Cashel in AD 432 and baptized King Aengus who became Ireland’s first Christian ruler. The Rock of Cashel is also a popular destination for photographers and nature lovers.

Galgorm Castle

Galgorm Castle, built in the early 13th century, is situated in County Antrim and is a great example of Irish architecture. There are many guided tours, including a golf tour available in the castle. Which takes you through the various rooms and corridors, explaining the history and stories behind each one.

Visitors can explore the castle grounds, which include a garden, a playground, and a museum. There is also a restaurant on-site, making it the perfect place to stop for a bite to eat after a day of exploring.
